About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at BBSI - San Jose. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement plans to acquire new clients and retain existing ones, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Revenue Growth and Expansion: Drive revenue growth through the development of new business opportunities, expansion of existing relationships, and identification of new markets and industries.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and sales materials to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Certifications: Possession of a valid driver's license with valid automobile insurance meeting BBSI criteria.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $90,000-105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Incentive Pay: Eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
