Position Overview: We are seeking a Marketing Brand Strategist to support the implementation of comprehensive marketing initiatives within the US.

Reporting Structure: Reports to the US Marketing Manager, with a dotted line to the Senior Director of Global Marketing for product-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

US Market Focus

  • Contribute to the formulation and lead the execution of US-specific brand strategies aligned with global marketing and communication objectives across all business channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the US Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams, including sales and global marketing, to implement impactful and cost-efficient consumer and B2B programs.
  • Assist in managing US PR initiatives, consumer and trade events, and social media campaigns.
  • Work alongside the US design team to develop new global brand materials, including sourcing props and locations, and participating in US-based photoshoots.
  • Support reporting and budget oversight for the US region.

Product Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Global Marketing Director and Engineering teams to execute product marketing projects, focusing on packaging optimization and new product development across global markets.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Design team to ensure all packaging and promotional materials align with brand identity and meet consumer and trade educational needs.

Required Skills:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Understanding of brand marketing principles, particularly within the consumer and wine trade sectors across B2B and D2C channels.
  • Experience in product marketing, particularly in new product development and packaging design, adhering to design principles and sustainable practices.
  • Strong communication skills to foster effective relationships and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Basic design skills to create simple marketing assets.
  • Analytical skills for effective reporting and budget management.
  • Familiarity with the US three-tier distribution system.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • A degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 4 years in marketing roles, including at least 2 years in product marketing.
  • Experience in the drinks or hospitality industry, with an understanding of the on-premise and retail landscape.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Eligibility to work in the US.
