As a Senior Vice President of Marketing Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing initiatives across the entire Lantheus portfolio. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will oversee new product planning and all commercial launches, ensuring that our marketing strategies align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for our existing and new product lines.
  • Guide the marketing team in crafting strategic brand plans, tactical initiatives, and launch strategies that meet defined performance targets.
  • Establish and implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of brand strategies and tactical executions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Finance, to ensure cohesive brand strategy implementation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, thought leaders, and advocacy organizations.
  • Analyze market insights to identify opportunities and challenges, leveraging competitive intelligence to inform decision-making.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective allocation of resources.
  • Oversee the professional development of senior marketing staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and legal standards in all marketing activities.
  • Engage with the executive leadership team and board members to communicate marketing strategies and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • At least 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a minimum of 12 years in leadership roles.
  • Experience in pharmacy marketing is essential.
  • A proven track record in brand development and successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess data and adjust business strategies accordingly.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in delivering presentations to executive audiences.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a focus on team development and collaboration.
