Lantheus, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to join its legal team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's commercial strategy and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute commercial and medical strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Draft, negotiate, review, and interpret agreements related to the business, including contracts with healthcare professionals, vendors, licensors, collaborators, consultants, manufacturers, distributors, and speakers.
- Provide pragmatic and risk-based legal advice on commercial and medical matters, including product launch preparation, product lifecycle management, and product distribution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop solutions to facilitate decision-making.
- Review and advise on promotional and medical affairs materials, patient interactions, patient support programs, advisory boards, speaker programs, and publications.
- Negotiate commercial contracts and advise on market access strategy.
- Review and advise on media relations materials, investor presentations, press releases, websites, and other company communications.
- JD from an accredited law school and a valid license to practice law (Massachusetts license is preferred).
- At least 5 years of relevant legal experience, including within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with experience in therapeutics a plus.
- Experience counseling in-house business partners on the sale and marketing of pharmaceutical products and legal matters of importance to the pharmaceutical industry.
