Our team is looking for a highly motivated, intelligent, and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to accelerate our growth trajectory by owning end-to-end hiring for roles throughout the company including the Sales, Production, Quality Control and Engineering teams. Acting as an extension of the company, you will partner with an extremely talented team of hiring managers and employees to directly impact the success of the organization. Ultimately, you'll help our company grow and thrive by hiring the most qualified people.

Responsibilities

  • Redefine our recruiting cycle to accelerate our acquisition of top talent across all departments
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the unique requirements and dynamics of each role, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Strategically enhance and promote Lexington Medical's employer brand through compelling storytelling, social media, and engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent, utilizing diverse channels and technologies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of high-performing recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop a keen eye for top talent, build strong pipelines, conduct screening calls, and nurture relationships with potential candidates using innovative strategies.
  • Reflect and iterate on the hiring process to improve efficiency, quality of assessment, and ability to close candidates
  • Provide a delightful experience to every candidate, regardless of hiring outcome

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Demonstrated success in partnering, coaching, and advising leaders at all levels, from first-time managers to C-suite executives.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market trends and domain technology.
  • Highly motivated and proactive, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring recruitment teams, driving performance and fostering professional growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
