As a Demand Generation Manager at Soft Robotics, Inc., you will spearhead the strategic planning and execution of initiatives aimed at generating leads and driving revenue. This role is integral to both marketing and sales, focusing on crafting awareness and interest through creative campaigns that engage audiences across diverse channels. You will be responsible for fostering demand in line with current and future market trends to ensure sustained engagement and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to enhance lead acquisition and customer conversion.
- Establish and maintain a detailed lead scoring system to effectively identify and prioritize leads for sales engagement.
- Refine the lead nurturing process to boost conversion rates, minimize churn, and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Create high-quality marketing materials that address prospects' challenges and showcase the advantages of our solutions.
- Conduct regular A/B testing and evaluate campaign performance to pinpoint areas for enhancement and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Leverage data and analytics to assess and optimize the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in marketing technologies to foster innovation within our marketing strategies.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns, utilizing metrics such as leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
- Identify and address challenges and conflicts within the demand generation workflow.
- Utilize marketing automation platforms to streamline lead generation efforts and personalize customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a proven track record of building processes from the ground up.
- Demonstrated success in driving pipeline growth and revenue through integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong familiarity with sales and marketing technologies, including HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
- Management experience is preferred.
- Experience in start-up and growth-stage environments is advantageous.
