- Conduct regular A/B testing and evaluate campaign performance to identify improvement opportunities and make informed decisions.
- Leverage data and analytics to assess and enhance the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends and the latest marketing technologies to foster innovation within our marketing strategies.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns, utilizing metrics such as leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Identify and address challenges within the demand generation workflow.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to optimize lead generation processes and personalize customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a proven track record of building processes from the ground up.
- Demonstrated success in driving pipeline growth and revenue through integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong familiarity with sales and marketing technologies, including HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
- Management experience is preferred.
- Experience in start-up and growth-stage companies is advantageous.
