The Product Marketing division is seeking a Senior Manager to spearhead and execute essential go-to-market strategies for our financial monitoring and discovery tools, as well as our financial assistant features. We are in search of a seasoned product marketing professional to guide strategy formulation and ensure alignment with core organizational objectives, enhancing the adoption and utilization of these offerings. By leading our GTM strategy, you will contribute to Credit Karma's fundamental mission of empowering over 130 million members to achieve financial advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and enhance positioning, segmentation strategies, competitive assessments, and messaging frameworks to articulate the benefits of providing our members with a comprehensive view of their finances beyond credit data, thereby driving our connected account objectives.
  • Collaborate with pivotal stakeholders (such as product, growth marketing, brand & creative, research, analytics, etc.) across Financial Assistant, Financial Monitoring & Discovery, and Credit Cards teams to establish a center of excellence for connected accounts. This involves synthesizing qualitative and quantitative member insights (e.g., NPS, member support, qualtrics, and other voice-of-customer inputs) with performance best practices and competitive research, while creating ongoing feedback mechanisms across teams to accelerate effective strategies and learn from past experiences.
  • Motivate action through data-driven insights derived from market research and testing plans.
  • Deliver exceptional outputs to distinguish our offerings in the marketplace, including product positioning and messaging across the portfolio, website/app content, product naming, and competitive positioning.
  • Implement rituals, processes, and transparent communication channels to uplift and empower all cross-functional teams involved in building and marketing connected account benefits for our members.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing within a consumer technology environment.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams, with a focus on leveraging consumer insights to enhance product and marketing experiences.
  • Robust experience in product marketing fundamentals: positioning, messaging, user personas, product launches, competitive intelligence, segmentation, and product discovery.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or at least 5 years of relevant business experience, demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development.

Compensation Transparency: Credit Karma is committed to championing financial progress for all, starting from within. We have implemented role-based compensation to ensure equitable pay for individuals in similar roles, with variations based solely on geographic location. This is part of a broader DEI strategy aimed at leveling the playing field. The base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $220,000, in addition to equity and benefits.
