About the Strategy and Management ProgramOur Strategy and Management Summer Program is a 10-week internship that provides an exclusive preview of our elite, two-year development training program. This program prepares teammates to become future corporate leaders by providing direct experience in Digital Technologies, FinTech, Strategy, Innovation, and Management.
As a member of our innovation function, you will help drive strategic growth initiatives across our core business units. You will work with senior leaders, gain exposure to multiple parts of our business, and develop skills to launch and operationalize new strategies that better serve our clients.
You will participate in a comprehensive training curriculum taught by industry experts, designed to enable general manager capabilities. Our Strategy & Business Ventures team functions as an internal strategic consulting function, providing high-fidelity learning opportunities in broadly relevant skills.
Program Highlights- Gain an in-depth understanding of the business, client needs, and opportunities by working with senior leaders and supporting high-priority strategic initiatives.
- Be part of an organization that drives initiatives with the potential to shape industries, given our reach and cutting-edge expertise.
- Work with a diverse, high-performing project team to develop strategic recommendations with key internal leaders.
To be eligible for this program, you must:
- Pursue a bachelor's or bachelor's direct to master's degree from an accredited college or university with a graduation timeframe between December 2025 and August 2026.
- Appreciate an environment that supports learning, innovation, intelligent risk-taking, integrity, and flexibility.
- Build and nurture strong relationships, while collaborating to get things done.
- Demonstrate strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills, creativity, listening, communication, and presentation skills.
- Exhibit strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
We are looking for candidates with:
- A minimum GPA of 3.2.
- A major area of study that includes but is not limited to: Business Management, Economics, Finance, Consulting, Mathematics, Data Analysis, FinTech, Marketing.
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
