About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Marketing team at First Horizon National Corporation. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating the work of the project team end-to-end from concept ideation through asset delivery and performance monitoring for creative projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Direction: Direct marketing projects, including integrated and multi-channel campaigns, presentation collateral, brand collateral, and banking center open/closures.
  • Project Planning: Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan, including tracking tasks and dependencies.
  • Resource Allocation: Assign and engage the appropriate resources throughout the project lifecycle, while working in tandem with other leaders for resource scheduling.
  • Communication: Conduit of communication with all levels of executive leadership, project stakeholders, and core team members.

Qualifications
  • Project Management Experience: 7+ years of experience in project management, with marketing or agency experience a plus.
  • Creative Team Experience: 7+ years of experience working with creative teams and extensive knowledge of the creative process and language preferred.
  • Digital Media Experience: Experience working with digital media teams and timelines, including agency and other partners preferred.
  • Project Management Fundamentals: Strong project management fundamentals, including project scoping, risk analysis & mitigation strategies, and change management and other related project controls.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders; mobilize and motivate teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; deliver tough messages with grace; execute with limited information and ambiguity.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize your own and others' work in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
  • Self-Management: Capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
