Divisional SupportThe Executive Assistant to the Marketing Division will play a vital role in supporting the divisional leadership team. This includes providing administrative support, coordinating meetings, and managing projects. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective processes and procedures to improve divisional efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the divisional leadership team
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and perform financial analysis
  • Process invoices, manage accounts payable, and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to improve divisional efficiency
Requirements
  • Post-high school course work, technical degree, associate's degree, business or vocational certificate
  • 5 or more years of office management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated professionalism and discretion
  • Demonstrated ability to self-monitor and be pro-active
  • Demonstrated experience handling confidential material
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple calendars

Salary Range: $57,636 - $72,045 USD
