At Polar Marketing, we're seeking a skilled Customer Success Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing division, you'll be responsible for driving growth and satisfaction through exceptional relationships with our clients.

We're offering a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but equivalent experience in customer service will also be considered.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Director of Customer Outreach to develop strategies for meeting membership requirements and providing top-notch support to our clients. You'll also participate in ongoing training sessions and seminars to continually improve your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track, organize, and document all interactions with current customers and potential new leads
  • Maintain open lines of communication between departments to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Research and resolve client issues through collaborative problem-solving
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term success
