About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Division Head of Culinary Strategy. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing culinary strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  2. Lead a team of regional corporate executive chefs and system dedicated system executive chefs to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of business objectives.
  4. Mentor and develop talent throughout the organization to drive long-term success.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of full fiscal responsibility for culinary operations.
  • 5+ years managing multi-site, multi-state, complex culinary organizations.
  • Diverse culinary experience in fine dining, high-volume restaurants, offsite catering, resorts, and/or senior living communities.
  • ServSafe Manager Certification required.
  • Certified Executive Chef (CEC) preferred through ACF or ProChef certification Levels II or III.
Salary

$140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
