Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Care New England. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the After-hours operations of our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) and providing crisis interventions and risk management as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the After-hours operations of the CBHC, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Complete thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop effective crisis intervention plans.
  • Provide risk management and support to clients as needed, working closely with our multidisciplinary team.
  • Collaborate with our healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and services are delivered to clients.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a healthcare or social services setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
