Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our manufacturing unit, ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain budgets, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct financial analysis and projections to support strategic decision-making and provide insights into business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant financial regulations.
  • Manage the ERP system, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Conduct regular financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the management team, including the preparation of financial presentations and reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years Accounting/Finance experience. Controller experience highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Extensive knowledge of GAAP and Cost Accounting.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, financial reporting, and profitability analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
