About The Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to meet the increasing demand for our offerings. In this position, you will be responsible for onboarding and maintaining our office and firm accounts.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Overseeing training and implementation of services for new clients, ensuring high levels of adoption and engagement.
  • Utilizing product expertise to resolve high-level customer inquiries and deliver exceptional service outcomes.
  • Building relationships with key decision-makers to establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Analyzing account usage and developing communication strategies to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Proactively communicating with clients to drive strategic value, increase solution adoption, and recommend best practices for optimizing the customer experience.

This position is categorized as Remote. Employees may work from a location of their choice within the U.S., with some exceptions for specific regions or time zones to support client needs.


In certain states, the standard compensation range for this role is $44.40 per hour. This range is specific to certain locations and may not apply elsewhere.


Alongside a competitive base salary, this role is also eligible for equity awards based on various factors such as experience and performance.

Who You Are

  • Possess 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Success, or Account Management, preferably in a SaaS or XaaS environment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to foster positive relationships with clients, both over the phone and in person.
  • Have a passion for identifying client objectives and assisting them in achieving those goals.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm for technology and a desire to learn and master product knowledge.
  • Be an articulate and engaging presenter, both in webinars and in-person meetings.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
