Role Overview:
The primary aim of the Casualty Client Success Specialist is to collaborate with the Group Vice President and Account Managers to cultivate robust relationships with clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our Casualty products and services. This position also addresses operational and service management challenges associated with the Casualty team and serves as a subject matter expert on CCC products and their value propositions.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist Account Managers in fulfilling specific client requirements for account management.
2. Act as a liaison among Account Managers, Field Consultants, and the service organization to track and resolve outstanding client issues.
3. Follow up and ensure resolution of issues with clients.
4. Develop operational scorecards for each assigned account.
5. Support the sales management process, including pipeline reporting and call report monitoring for designated accounts.
6. Provide and review management reports with users and their management, offering valuable insights.
7. Monitor account service plans to mitigate issues and identify competitive threats.
8. Analyze data, interpret results using statistical methods, and provide ongoing reports.
9. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.


Qualifications:
1. A 4-year degree or equivalent work experience is required.
2. 2-3 years of service experience is preferred.
3. Experience in first-party casualty (PIP and MedPay) is essential.
4. Knowledge of the insurance industry is required.
5. Strong analytical skills to identify and interpret trends in complex data sets.
6. Preferred skills include project management and coordination.
