Position Overview:

The Client Account Coordinator will manage client portfolios under the supervision of the Client Delivery Manager. This role encompasses the entire lifecycle from project initiation to ongoing support, acting as the key intermediary between the internal team and client representatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Client Delivery Manager to oversee 3-5 client accounts.
  • Assist in all phases of project implementation, transition, and continuous service delivery.
  • Facilitate the annual enrollment process for various participant categories (active, COBRA, retiree, etc.) in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all materials related to annual enrollment and ongoing administration adhere to client specifications and are presented professionally.
  • Review and analyze client materials for annual enrollment and ongoing administration to guarantee they meet current quality standards.
  • Maintain open communication with clients and supervisors regarding progress and any emerging issues.
  • Work with the Client Delivery Manager and other management team members to identify training needs and propose process enhancements to improve customer service efficiency.
  • Engage with clients in a professional and accurate manner.
  • Successfully manage projects within strict deadlines while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Provide comprehensive internal and external communications to document instructions and processes effectively.

Essential Competencies:
Communication Skills:

Ability to interpret and produce complex reports and business correspondence relevant to the role, along with the capacity to communicate clearly and effectively with individuals at various organizational levels.

Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, ensuring detailed documentation of instructions and processes.


Analytical Skills:

Capability to comprehend cause and effect, develop instructions, resolve practical challenges, and navigate complex variables in non-standardized situations. Must possess critical thinking abilities, anticipate potential issues, and propose solutions proactively.


Technical Proficiency:

Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables, V look-up, simple queries), Word (letter writing, mail merge, PDF creation), and proficient in email communication, meeting scheduling, and resource management.


Organizational Skills:

Effectively plans and organizes a significant portion of work against defined objectives, demonstrating the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Experience:

1 – 3 years in a relevant field.


The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package, which includes eligibility for commission for sales positions and bonuses for non-sales roles based on applicable plans.
