Your Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include managing relationships with a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring they achieve their goals and realize the full value of their investments through effective adoption and optimization of our solutions.

You will collaborate closely with sales, product management, engineering, professional services, and customer support teams to streamline communication and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular meetings to understand their unique environments and how our solutions can address their business and technical needs.
  • Work with clients to develop, implement, and monitor a customer success plan that outlines their objectives and the steps to achieve them.
  • Create deliverables such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and upgrade plans tailored to various stakeholders, from senior executives to end-users.
  • Coordinate with the assigned Adoption Engineer to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Ensure clients recognize the return on investment (ROI) from our solutions throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to expansion.
  • Lead and communicate the complete product lifecycle from concept through adoption to insights, ensuring opportunities for renewal and growth.
  • Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities for expansion and address any competitive challenges.
  • Proactively manage account escalations with relevant internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
We encourage candidates who meet most of the following qualifications to apply:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-focused role within an enterprise technology environment, preferably in security technologies.
  • Strong technical aptitude combined with business acumen and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of information security software; presales experience is advantageous.
  • Understanding of customer success principles and the customer lifecycle.
  • Ability to remain composed in challenging customer situations and make sound decisions for positive outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to navigate trade-offs and counter objections.
  • Proven ability to present and communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Passionate about developing long-term customer relationships and driving customer success.
Additional Information
Extended or non-traditional work hours may be required, with opportunities for domestic and international travel.
