Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of assigned accounts, advocating for client needs within Swooped.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure swift and efficient customer onboarding.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor through regular interactions with clients.
  • Work closely with clients to comprehend and fulfill their business objectives.
  • Partner with the Sales Team to identify and pursue expansion opportunities within your accounts.
  • Engage with clients at various organizational levels to demonstrate the value of our services.
  • As a trusted advisor, suggest strategies for clients to maximize the benefits of our offerings.
  • Stay informed about client challenges and coordinate with teams to deliver optimal solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

Essential:

  • Experience in Cyber Security and/or Network Security.
  • 5-8 years in a customer-facing role (such as Sales Engineer, Customer Success with a technical background, or Technical Account Management).
  • Solid understanding of security principles, including Firewalls, Proxies, and Web Security Gateways.
  • Familiarity with Network Architectures and routing concepts.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive spirit and keen attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented individual with a passion for thriving in a fast-paced, goal-driven sales environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong listening abilities.
Compensation

The base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000—$135,000 USD, excluding any commission, bonus, or equity (if applicable) plus benefits.
