Client Success Manager for Mid-Market Accounts

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to foster and enhance relationships with our valued clients. As part of the Onit family, which includes SimpleLegal, SecureDocs, and Axdraft, you will have the chance to engage with multiple product lines.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Become an expert in our products, guiding clients to maximize their use of our systems.
- Act as a problem solver for both clients and internal teams.
- Identify customers who may be at risk and proactively address their needs.
- Share best practices with colleagues to enhance the quality and efficiency of our operations.
- Collaborate across various departments, including Professional Services, Support, Marketing, Product, and Account Management.

Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you should have:
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- A background in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Experience in Consulting or Software, preferably in Legal Software.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Customer Success tools.
- A history of working in a small, rapidly growing Customer Success environment.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including Legal Ops, Legal, Finance, and IT.
Preferred
A Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
