Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated individual to spearhead the acquisition of new HuLoop clients while fostering long-lasting relationships with prospective customers. This role is primarily focused on proactive sales efforts, including:
- Identifying and cultivating leads
- Qualifying potential clients
- Arranging software demonstrations to showcase our capabilities
The successful candidate will be instrumental in achieving annual sales objectives related to our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated experience in new business development, particularly with large enterprises.
- Engaging in active prospecting and demand generation.
- Consistently meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets.
- Implementing strategic customer engagement plans.
- Staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintaining precise sales records, forecasts, and budgets.
- Creating comprehensive sales proposals and professional service estimates.
- Collaborating closely with Product Management, Development, Implementation, and Finance teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Extensive network of executive contacts, particularly at the CXO level.
- Active and influential presence on professional networking platforms.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with senior executives and their teams.
- Experience collaborating with global resources.
- Self-motivated with a passion for thriving in a dynamic start-up environment.
