Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Merchant Solutions Specialist to join our team at Bank of America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing payment processing solutions to small business clients, primarily through 1:1 partnerships with assigned groups of small business specialists, financial centers, and other internal partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage a consultative sales process and knowledge of industries such as healthcare, retail, restaurant, and business-to-business to identify clients' business needs.
- Recommend solutions that meet clients' needs, with a focus on more complex opportunities and solutions.
- Drive toward sales and revenue goals while balancing operational excellence, risk management, and client experience expectations, maintaining accurate records and adhering to Service Level Agreements.
- Build meaningful relationships and collaborate with internal partners to provide subject matter expertise on merchant payment processing pricing, software, gateways, and security.
- Identify opportunities proactively and develop a pipeline for sales opportunities with internal partners and clients.
- Act as a champion for clients by connecting expertise across the company to help them achieve their goals.
- Establish relationships with associations, centers of influence, and vendor partners and adapt to an ever-changing payment processing environment.

Work Environment:
