ECM Program Manager

The Amity Foundation is seeking a highly skilled ECM Program Manager to oversee the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) - Community Supports (CS) project in an assigned county. This is an exempt position that requires a strong background in healthcare management, community outreach, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the ECM-CS program in the assigned county, ensuring the needs of members are met and program goals are achieved.
- Manage and supervise a team of staff, including Advocates, Housing Navigators, and Quality Assurance Specialists.
- Comply with contract requirements, state and federal regulations, and Amity Foundation policies.
- Recruit, hire, and train a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to ECM students.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and address the comprehensive needs of ECM students.
- Provide oversight to billing and claiming processes, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and MediCal ECM standards.
- Utilize data to inform program decisions, track performance against goals, and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Amity Foundation policies and procedures, and applicable contract obligations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse constituencies.
- Knowledge of contract parameters, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ability to integrate budgetary and service utilization data, forecast expenditures, and ensure budget compliance.
- Ability to multi-task, identify problems, provide recommendations, and implement solutions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare complex reports, policies, and procedures.
