Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is currently in search of a Senior Human Resources Specialist to join one of our esteemed client organizations. This role is designed to provide comprehensive HR support on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Work Environment

This position offers a remote work opportunity, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. The typical working hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is between $29 and $32 per hour, commensurate with experience.
