Human Resources Manager

Weiner Law is seeking an experienced HR Manager to spearhead the development and enhancement of our human resources framework. This role is essential in cultivating a structured and efficient HR environment that aligns with our organizational goals. The successful candidate will be a proactive and strategic thinker, dedicated to fostering a supportive workplace culture.
Compensation:$80,000+ based on experience
Key Responsibilities:- Formulate, execute, and uphold HR policies and procedures that facilitate the firm's expansion while ensuring adherence to legal standards.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, encompassing job advertisements, candidate evaluations, interviews, and the onboarding process for new hires.
- Oversee employee documentation, benefits management, and payroll functions.
- Provide expert advice and support to both management and staff on various HR matters, including performance evaluations, employee relations, and conflict management.
- Assist in creating training programs and career advancement opportunities for team members.
- Regularly assess HR practices to ensure alignment with the firm’s strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and address organizational needs, ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and overall job satisfaction.
- Possession of an SHRM certification or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR managerial role, senior HR generalist position, or similar upper-level HR capacity.
- A bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources management, or a related field.
