About Us:
Our firm is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to a diverse clientele, including businesses, individuals, and professionals throughout the state. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, ideally within a legal setting. Your role will encompass a variety of HR functions, including payroll processing, recruitment, onboarding, and assisting with daily operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily HR and administrative functions under the guidance of the Office Manager.
  • Maintain accurate human resources records and documentation.
  • Process payroll on a bi-weekly schedule.
  • Assist with 401(k) contributions on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Nominate the firm and its attorneys for various awards.
  • Facilitate the interview process, including selection and preparation of interview materials.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Ensure efficient daily operations within the office.
  • Help plan and manage firm events, both on-site and off-site.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to enhance communication across departments.
