Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to oversee various HR functions. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from attracting new talent to ensuring employee satisfaction and managing benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit potential candidates
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Promote and uphold company culture, values, and policies
- Prepare and provide management with necessary reports and documentation
· Manage employee health benefits, including COBRA and 401(k) plans
- Organize regular employee check-ins
- Plan events to recognize employee achievements
- Maintain the company calendar
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records
- Guarantee compliance with local employment laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Human Resources, recruitment, or related fields
- Familiarity with ADP payroll systems; Workforce Now experience is a plus
- Understanding of labor and employment legislation
- Ability to foster positive relationships with all staff
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Compensation: $65,000.00 – $82,000.00 annually, plus benefits
Compensation is commensurate with experience
