Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a constructive workplace by offering guidance and insights to team members and management regarding policy application, performance oversight, and dispute resolution. This includes addressing employee relations inquiries promptly.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Cortica's policies and labor regulations to ensure adherence and effective execution. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to evaluate employee relations metrics, conduct unbiased investigative interviews, assist with legal matters, and contribute to low-risk management strategies.

What You Will Do:
- Provide coaching and strategic recommendations aligned with Cortica's policies to all levels of staff through clear communication.
- Support first- and second-line supervisors with performance management and corrective action strategies.
- Offer informed advice for conflict resolution to supervisors.
- Address employee relations inquiries in accordance with departmental service level agreements.
- Collaborate with payroll and other departments to ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
Additional Duties:
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Cortica's policies and procedures related to employee experience and human resources.
- Implement necessary state and federal employment regulations.
- Ensure thorough documentation and record-keeping practices.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources.
- At least 1 year of experience in conflict resolution or a related employee relations role.
- Proven ability to independently analyze and address internal issues using critical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 applications.
