What You Will Do:

  • Provide coaching and strategic recommendations aligned with Cortica's policies to all levels of staff through clear communication.
  • Support first- and second-line supervisors with performance management and corrective action strategies.
  • Offer informed advice for conflict resolution to supervisors.
  • Address employee relations inquiries in accordance with departmental service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with payroll and other departments to ensure timely resolution of inquiries.

Additional Duties:

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Cortica's policies and procedures related to employee experience and human resources.
  • Implement necessary state and federal employment regulations.
  • Ensure thorough documentation and record-keeping practices.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources.
  • At least 1 year of experience in conflict resolution or a related employee relations role.
  • Proven ability to independently analyze and address internal issues using critical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 applications.
