Senior Vice President, Growth and Development

ArchWell Health is seeking a highly accomplished and dynamic Senior Vice President of Growth and Development to lead our sales operations across the Eastern half of the United States. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the senior healthcare sector, particularly in primary care or Medicare Advantage plans.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Regional Sales Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead Sales Teams: Lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales teams, including setting clear targets, providing ongoing coaching, and conducting performance evaluations to ensure region's membership targets are met.
- Build Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regional sales leadership at contracted Medicare Advantage plans, National or multi-state FMOs, and large senior care organizations.
- Market Analysis: Analyze regional market trends, competitive landscape, and patient needs to inform sales strategies.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use data-driven insights to adapt tactics and achieve sales targets.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and clinical teams, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Reporting and Compliance: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including preparing regular reports and presentations for senior leadership to demonstrate progress and highlight areas for improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sales practices comply with CMS regulations and company policies.
- Strong Sales Background: Strong sales background and business acumen, with the ability to mentor and coach others to meet company objectives.
- Collaboration and Communication: Ability to foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain strategic relationships.
- Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales analytics, forecasting, and performance metrics.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in the healthcare industry.
- Travel: Ability and willingness to travel to assigned markets up to 50%.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field required. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on Medicare or senior services.
- Driver's License: Valid, active driver's license with access to a car.
