Position Overview

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job authorization to candidate selection, ensuring adherence to applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Facilitate pre-employment evaluations, support in candidate selection, and manage all administrative tasks associated with recruitment.
  • Educate and guide managers on recruitment methodologies and act as a resource in talent management.
  • Guarantee effective onboarding of new employees and collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes.
  • Direct internship initiatives, assess training requirements, and develop employee growth programs.
  • Maintain HR metrics, produce HR communications, and manage sensitive files and documentation.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Human Resource legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, alongside excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
