Job Overview

The Senior Client Relations Manager (SCRM) collaborates closely with the sales and marketing teams to cultivate and enhance vital partnerships with targeted end-users and channel affiliates. This role is a key component of our multidisciplinary team, which includes regional sales, product marketing, research and development, and packaging engineering, all aimed at advancing our cold chain solutions and fulfilling our long-term vision of becoming the premier provider of sustainable cold chain services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the complete sales cycle, from establishing and nurturing senior-level customer relationships to formulating sales strategies and negotiating profitable contracts for new, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Achieve measurable success through the development of a robust client portfolio, meeting sales objectives, and fostering strong interpersonal relationships while demonstrating effective leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven success in a national account management role.
  • Strategic foresight and the ability to create and execute a comprehensive 2-4 year business plan.
  • Proficient in negotiating favorable contract terms and conditions.
  • Demonstrated strategic selling skills with a history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proven ability to secure new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong presentation abilities.
  • Capable of engaging decision-makers in corporate settings and effectively promoting products.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with a solid understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators.
  • Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
  • Adept at collaborating within matrix organizations, working alongside various departmental leaders.
  • Independent thinker with minimal supervision required for decision-making and resolving business challenges.
  • A collaborative team player committed to achieving results.
