About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales professional with exceptional prospecting skills across various Lines of Business (LOBs) within existing accounts, particularly in the Airlines sector. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for technology and a proven track record in developing and managing advanced technology business solutions.

Job Title: Senior Client Relationship Manager or Strategic Account Executive (Airline Sector)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential opportunities within established client relationships in the Airlines/Travel sector.
  • Focus on expanding the existing account base.
  • Key performance indicators will include revenue growth, margin enhancement, and quality of revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating a proactive sales approach.
  • Take ownership of opportunity identification, validation, and qualification through a solution-oriented methodology.
  • Successfully close sales by establishing rapport with key stakeholders, including CXO-level executives; articulate product and service capabilities; address objections; and prepare contracts.
  • Drive revenue growth by introducing new lines of business within existing accounts.
  • Generate market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales, while recommending innovative solutions and services.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to market strategy by analyzing competitive products and client feedback.
  • Recommend enhancements to products and services based on current performance and identified client needs.
  • Stay updated on industry knowledge through participation in educational opportunities.
  • Support marketing and organizational objectives by achieving related results as necessary.

Required Skills:

  • A sales-oriented profile with a minimum of 10 years of experience in acquiring new accounts, particularly in the Airlines sector, though experience in Travel, Transport, and Hospitality is also considered.
  • Exceptional team leadership, high-energy sales execution, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrate profound business insight, executive presence, and sound judgment.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, a results-driven attitude, and professionalism.
  • Ability to articulate a unique and compelling value proposition, ensuring decision-makers understand the business and financial benefits of partnering with Mphasis.
  • Skilled in building collaborative relationships across Mphasis with key stakeholders, including delivery teams, consulting, senior management, and external partners.
