Role Overview
We are looking for a highly qualified Senior Consultant to join our Global Acceptance Client Services team. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing client experiences and fostering strong relationships with key global partners.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Consultant, Client Success will:
- Manage the comprehensive post-sale and operational relationship with assigned clients, acting as a vital representative of the Acceptance Solutions and Client Services teams.
- Collaborate closely with account teams to develop and implement strategic relationship plans that align with both client and Visa objectives.
- Provide expert consultation on Acceptance Solutions, utilizing insights to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular operational reviews with clients and internal stakeholders to assess performance against established metrics.
- Champion the client's needs by driving cross-functional initiatives that support their goals and enhance operational productivity.
- Oversee the implementation of new Acceptance Solutions products, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing client adoption.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- A strong analytical mindset, capable of translating complex data into actionable business solutions.
- Experience in customer relationship management within the financial services or technology sectors.
- Proficiency in standard office software tools.
This is a hybrid position, requiring a balance of remote and in-office work based on business needs.
