Your Role

The Client Relations Specialist plays a crucial role in providing first-level support to our valued clients while managing and coordinating the execution of various language projects.

  • Address client inquiries regarding new project initiatives through our centralized technology platform.
  • Collaborate with production team members to evaluate project scope and generate cost and timeline estimates for translation tasks.
  • Initiate project-related activities by delivering comprehensive budgets, schedules, and instructions to the project team, while anticipating potential challenges.
  • Proactively resolve any issues with clients before involving the production team.
  • Engage in project specifics to set the production team up for success.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' industries, business needs, and corporate culture to educate the project team and deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets, while producing high-quality deliverables.
  • Act as the primary liaison between external clients and internal production staff.
  • Set and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Adhere to internal regulations and processes in accordance with ISO standards.
  • Troubleshoot project-related issues as necessary.
  • Understand and communicate individual project instructions to the production team.
  • Investigate client concerns when applicable.
  • Engage in discussions with clients and production staff to creatively resolve issues.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Experience in customer service and/or project management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Able to prioritize and schedule tasks while working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn, embrace challenges, and strive for success.
