Client Relations Supervisor

This role will collaborate closely with management and Sales Representatives to support clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to clients via telephone regarding order specifications, including inventory quotations, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Manage all facets of orders, including the creation of sales orders, packing lists, invoicing, and payment processing.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure effective handling of client orders.
Establish and nurture client relationships.
Input new client information and other sales data for existing clients into the database.
Investigate and resolve client issues.
Foster communication and rapport with clients, team members, and management.
Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Demonstrate exceptional client service skills with the ability to provide personalized assistance.
Possess the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Be a self-motivated individual who proactively addresses client needs.
Compensation:
Competitive salary in the 40's to 50's range, along with comprehensive benefits.
