Position Summary:

Eberly & Collard Public Relations is a nationally recognized firm specializing in integrated marketing communications, branding, product positioning, thought-leadership initiatives, event planning, public/media relations, digital marketing, SEO, social media, and advertising. We are seeking a proactive, entrepreneurial individual to fill a senior role within our expanding team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Communications professional passionate about media engagement, writing, digital marketing, and managing high-profile client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client accounts to ensure compliance with various integrated marketing campaigns and program plans, ensuring client satisfaction and thorough documentation.
  • Enhance social and digital media strategies, including managing Google Ads, SEO, keyword research, and HubSpot email campaigns.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in technical SEO and SEMrush, generating detailed reports on performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic public relations, media relations, advertising, and digital marketing initiatives, acting as project manager across teams.
  • Manage deliverables, campaigns, and written content for clients, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Conduct market research to inform strategies that enhance clients' digital presence and brand reputation.
  • Supervise creative teams in video production, scripting, and distribution processes.
  • Guide junior team members in maintaining accurate media lists and reporting analytics.
  • Create and proof high-quality written materials, including press releases, editorials, and social media content, adhering to AP writing standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media professionals, including editors and journalists.
  • Lead influencer marketing programs, managing all aspects of program execution and reporting on results.
  • Develop engaging content across various platforms, including blogs and podcasts.
  • Prepare presentations and other communication materials to effectively convey data and insights.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan client events and media engagements.
  • Support agency owners in new business development and contract negotiations.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal, management, and communication skills, with a strong background in public relations or digital marketing. A minimum of 3 to 6 years of post-college experience in a relevant agency setting is required, along with a bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
