Job Overview

Position: Client Relations Specialist

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Compensation: $20-29 per hour (based on experience)

Location: Atlanta, GA

PrideStaff, a well-respected staffing agency, is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to deliver operational and administrative assistance for a financial advisory firm. The role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including administrative tasks, client interaction, and support for advisors. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational capabilities, and the ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks. A comfort with technology and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential traits for success in this position.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as needed.
  • Provide outstanding client service, acting as a bridge between advisors and clients.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to verify account updates, documentation, and receipt confirmations.
  • Gather necessary documentation to facilitate the onboarding of new clients and the billing process, ensuring the ongoing delivery of wealth management services.
  • Review daily tasks and alerts, responding appropriately.
  • Ensure all required paperwork is received by following up with clients as necessary.
  • Document all client communications and interactions in the CRM system promptly.
  • Assist with various administrative and operational tasks, including printing, scanning, faxing, filing, and mailing.
  • Support special projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in client service is preferred.
  • A higher education degree is required.
  • Personable, responsive, and engaging demeanor.
  • Strong self-management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while handling frequent interruptions.
