As a Territory Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to promote Valet Living's resident-focused services within the multifamily sector.

In this position, you will be crucial in generating, developing, and closing sales opportunities within your assigned territory. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and nurturing relationships with potential clients to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Maintaining client retention and enhancing revenue from existing accounts.
  • Building strong connections with property managers, owners, and management groups.
  • Rapidly establishing a sales pipeline through networking and lead generation techniques.
  • Managing sales inquiries and providing follow-up on leads.
  • Facilitating the transition of clients to the operations team during onboarding.
  • Conducting orientations to discuss service objectives and opportunities.
  • Tracking and reporting sales activities through Salesforce.
  • Engaging in personal and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales within the multifamily industry is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a business-to-business outside sales environment.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a commission-based compensation structure.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is preferred.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to upholding company values and culture.
  • A valid driver's license.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary package with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $101,000 - $126,000 annually, which includes a base salary of $56,000 - $70,000 plus uncapped monthly commissions. OTE may vary based on performance.
