Role: Territory Manager – Advanced Wound – Biotissue

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic territory action plan to meet and exceed sales objectives, leveraging exceptional sales techniques and robust customer relationships.
  • Engage with acute care facilities to advocate for primary brands and additional product offerings.
  • Provide education to end users regarding the clinical advantages of the products.
  • Conduct impactful sales presentations for key clients and customer groups, as well as organize product demonstrations and networking events for targeted audiences.
  • Establish and nurture strong connections with pivotal customers, decision-makers, and industry thought leaders.
Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree required.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years in medical sales, ideally within the operating room environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate key concepts and recommendations to clients in both formal and informal contexts.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including pipeline management and territory analysis, with a proven history of success in complex sales processes.
  • Experience in a sales environment with multiple decision-makers and call points within accounts.
  • Completion of a professional training program (e.g., Integrity Selling) is preferred.
