Job Summary:

The Area Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in a designated territory, driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct responsibility for Profit and Loss within the territory, compiling reports for senior management to evaluate performance.
  • Responsible for invoice forecasting and monitoring installation performance, with follow-up on customer satisfaction.
  • Trains, monitors, and motivates sales team members, assisting them in the field with sales calls, presentations, and project management.
  • Spends a minimum of three to four days per week in the field with customers, building strong relationships and driving business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
  • Two to five years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of success in sales and communication.
  • Familiarity with the territory or market, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Ability to relocate to the designated territory, with Stonhard's standard relocation plan.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
  • Desire to learn and grow professionally, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of sales force automation (SFA) tools and systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
