Job Summary:
The Area Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in a designated territory, driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct responsibility for Profit and Loss within the territory, compiling reports for senior management to evaluate performance.
- Responsible for invoice forecasting and monitoring installation performance, with follow-up on customer satisfaction.
- Trains, monitors, and motivates sales team members, assisting them in the field with sales calls, presentations, and project management.
- Spends a minimum of three to four days per week in the field with customers, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
- Two to five years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of success in sales and communication.
- Familiarity with the territory or market, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Ability to relocate to the designated territory, with Stonhard's standard relocation plan.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Desire to learn and grow professionally, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and business growth.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of sales force automation (SFA) tools and systems.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
