Key Responsibilities
The Territory Manager role is a pivotal opportunity for a motivated self-starter, eager to ascend within a thriving sales organization. This B2B sales position focuses on acquiring new business and reports directly to the Head of Sales. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire sales process, including:
- Lead generation and outreach
- Conducting sales calls and online product demonstrations
- Engaging in various sales and marketing initiatives
Our Account Executives are dedicated to identifying and showcasing the unique value propositions of our offerings to each qualified lead. We provide comprehensive training, a competitive base salary, and the potential for unlimited commissions, allowing for significant earning potential.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in Minerals, Accounting, or Oil and Gas sectors is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in B2B or SaaS sales
- A results-oriented sales professional with a strong sense of urgency
- Proven track record in growth and strategic account management
- History of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets, with experience managing an annual quota of $500,000 or more
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- A driven individual, focused on initiating new conversations and opportunities
- Exceptional listening skills and a consultative approach to sales
- Interest in the oil and gas industry and a commitment to continuous learning
- Ability to self-manage while also being receptive to constructive feedback
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
