Key Responsibilities

The Territory Manager role is a substantial opportunity for a self-motivated individual with aspirations to ascend within a thriving sales organization. This position focuses on B2B sales and entails managing the complete sales process, including lead generation, telephonic sales, online product demonstrations, and various sales and marketing initiatives. Our Account Executives are dedicated to identifying and showcasing the value propositions of our offerings for each distinct qualified lead. We provide comprehensive training, a competitive base salary, and limitless commission potential.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in Minerals, Accounting, or Oil and Gas sectors is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2+ years in B2B sales or SaaS sales is required.
  • A metrics-driven sales professional with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Proven experience in growth and strategic account management.
  • History of achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets, with an annual quota of $500,000 or more.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is essential.
  • A driven and focused individual willing to initiate new conversations and explore new opportunities.
  • Exceptional listening skills, with demonstrable consultative and value-based selling experience.
  • Ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline as a Territory Manager.
  • A keen interest in the oil and gas industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Capable of self-management while being receptive to constructive feedback to enhance communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
