About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Digital Recruiter Talent Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targeted sales goals and objectives.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory, conducting cold calls, setting up meetings, and building a robust sales pipeline.
  • Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed targeted sales goals and objectives, presenting and demonstrating the benefits of our aesthetic laser products to potential clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing consultative sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to analyze market trends and competitor activities, identifying growth opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Stay informed about the latest advancements in aesthetic laser technology and effectively communicate product benefits to clients.
  • Event Participation and Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and network with potential clients.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status, preparing regular reports for the Area Sales Manager.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in medical or capital equipment sales.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of motivation and a hunter mentality.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain complex technical products, with proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight and weekend travel.
