OVERVIEW OF ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client Relations Specialist ("CRS") facilitates the seamless experience of clients and their pets within the facility, optimizes the efficiency of the veterinary care team, ensures effective communication with both staff and clients, and orchestrates the care of clients and pets in a cheerful, inviting, and proficient manner, encouraging clients to return and recommend our services to their friends and family.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Embody and promote the core values of our organization within oneself and the team.

Proactively attract new clients by highlighting the services offered and managing the flow of clients and pets to guarantee outstanding client care and peak productivity of the veterinary care team.

Enhance the number of pets attended by the veterinary team through a well-organized and efficiently operated facility to meet the demands of our wellness plan clients.

Deliver professional, efficient, and exceptional service consistently, which includes encouraging visits, warmly welcoming clients and pets, ensuring their comfort, and educating them about their pets' health.

Inform clients about Wellness Plans, preventive care, pet health requirements, and available services.

Assist incoming clients by completing necessary documentation, entering all pet details and history into the system, using appropriate identification collars and tags, and ensuring prompt service.

Support outgoing clients by providing all essential instructions, information, and invoices, dispensing prescribed items as directed by the veterinarian, selling retail products, and scheduling future appointments.

Oversee financial transactions by maintaining accurate records and following proper opening and closing protocols.
Perform administrative tasks as required.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Requires good hand-eye coordination and visual acuity.
Exposure to various animals and potential hazards.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old for certain responsibilities.
One year of relevant experience required, with customer service experience preferred.
Background in the medical field preferred.
