Essential Requirements:

- Excellent listening skills with the ability to communicate empathetically.
- Proficient in operating office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with insurance reimbursement guidelines is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on client needs.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
