POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Client Services Consultant for Commercial Risk collaborates closely with advisors, specialists in various business lines, and dedicated client service teams to analyze client information, assess requirements, and assist in formulating effective risk management strategies aimed at achieving clients' financial objectives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepares premium distribution.
2. Develops and revises draft renewal proposals.
3. Compiles documents for presenting risks to the market.
4. Creates applications, insurance summaries, and other coverage-related documentation.
5. Supports client service teams in preparing presentation materials.
6. Analyzes and summarizes intricate data and compiles reports independently.
7. Inputs data into relevant insurance company and firm software systems.
8. Manages complex audits and completes audit documentation.
9. Reviews contract stipulations for complex certification requests.
10. Conducts in-depth reviews of quotes.
11. Provides quotes for flood and builder's risk policies as requested by an Account Manager.
12. Manages processed-based quoting for assigned accounts.
13. Oversees the renewal of bonds and flood policies.
14. Identifies and follows up on binding conditions.
15. Trains and mentors junior Analysts.
16. Completes special projects as assigned.
17. Seeks opportunities to enhance the firm, business segment, and processes.
18. Brings issues and discrepancies to the attention of appropriate leadership.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the insurance sector required; 3+ years preferred.
Certification: None required; none preferred.
Licenses: Must maintain all licenses as mandated by the State Department of Insurance to provide service, consultation, and financial risk transfer solutions in states where the firm operates or be willing to obtain all necessary licenses within the first 90 days of employment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
1. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
2. High attention to detail.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

TECHNICAL, COMPUTER, AND SYSTEM-SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED:
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to learn any other relevant programs or software systems utilized by the firm as necessary.
