Position Overview:
The Senior Client Service Specialist for Commercial Risk collaborates closely with advisors, line-of-business experts, and dedicated client service professionals to analyze client data, assess needs, and assist in crafting effective risk management strategies aimed at achieving clients' financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare premium allocations.
2. Draft and update renewal proposals.
3. Create documents for presenting risks to the market.
4. Prepare applications, insurance summaries, and other coverage-related documents.
5. Support client service teams in developing presentation materials.
6. Analyze and summarize complex data and compile reports independently.
7. Input data into relevant insurance company and firm software programs.
8. Process intricate audits and complete audit worksheets.
9. Review contract requirements for complex certification requests.
10. Conduct in-depth reviews of quotes.
11. Provide quotes for flood and builder's risk policies as requested by an Account Manager.
12. Manage processed-based quoting for assigned accounts, including NFIP, bonds, and small builder's risk.
13. Oversee the renewal of bonds and flood policies.
14. Identify and follow up on binding subjectivities.
15. Mentor and train other Analysts.
16. Complete special projects as assigned.
17. Seek opportunities to enhance the firm, business segment, and processes.
18. Report issues and discrepancies to appropriate leadership.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance sector required; 3+ years preferred.
Licenses:
Must maintain all licenses as mandated by the State Department of Insurance to provide services, consultation, and financial risk transfer solutions in states where the firm operates or be willing to obtain necessary licenses within the first 90 days of employment.

1. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
2. High attention to detail.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
5. Demonstrates the organization's core values and aligns behavior with the firm's culture.

Technical Skills:
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to learn other relevant software systems as necessary.

Fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
