Position: Client Relationship Executive
Role Summary:
The Client Relationship Executive is responsible for cultivating and sustaining connections with both prospective and current clients, ensuring they receive products and services that promote their satisfaction.
- Fosters profitable and sustainable sales growth across all designated accounts.
- Establishes objectives to be achieved within specific timeframes.
- Recognizes new business prospects and initiates dialogue with key decision-makers.
- Builds and nurtures effective relationships with clients.
- Conducts regular assessments of accounts to align client needs with suitable products and services.
- Reviews promotional efforts consistently to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepares and presents analyses of market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Ensures clients are well-informed on product and service usage, providing support as needed.
- Formulates and executes strategic plans for all assigned accounts.
- Oversees daily client communications and relationship management.

Qualifications:Education:
High School Diploma
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a related field
