Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential accounts to foster new business, reconnect with previous clients to revive business relationships, and maintain positive interactions with all accounts to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in team training and collaborative sessions aimed at accelerating our business growth in the local market, laying the groundwork for long-term success.
  • Assess the most appealing market segments and clientele based on the value of our offerings.
  • Enhance the demand for our services through education, awareness, and market development to ensure sustained growth.
  • Recognize and support the development of Area Managers in the region who are professional, diligent, knowledgeable, reliable, and self-sufficient.
  • Generate and provide leads, job information, and customer contacts to Area Managers.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets while upholding a high standard of integrity.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous. Comprehensive training is available for those with a strong interest and aptitude in the industry.
  • Ability to communicate information clearly and accurately to clients, customers, and team members.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ambition to grow into a leadership role - we offer advancement opportunities within the first six months based on performance.
